SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Neurodivergent Synergy provides both physical sensory furnishings and digital auditory licenses.
Physical Goods: We have made every effort to display the colors, textures, and images of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be perfectly accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.
Digital Goods (NeuroAcoustics): To guarantee clinical integrity, our NeuroAcoustics tracks are delivered exclusively as high-fidelity audio files. Please note that these audio files will only be functional and accessible post-payment.
Warranties: We offer a 2-year warranty on physical goods in the EU and Northern Ireland as per Directive 1999/44/EC.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or Service without notice. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and payment details so we can complete your transactions.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Physical Products & The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
We offer a 14-day return policy. If your merchandise is being shipped within the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at info@neurodivergentsynergy.com. If accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes:
Custom or personalized functional art pieces.
Digital Goods: Due to the downloadable, high-fidelity nature of our Neuro Acoustics audio files, these licenses are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
Sale items or gift cards.
Refund Processing
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time: Orders for our physical Sensory Spaces collections are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated transparently at checkout based on your location and the chosen delivery method.
International Shipping: We proudly ship worldwide to support global neuro-inclusion. Please note that additional customs fees, duties, or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
